I Am the Founder & CEO of SOULPΛRΛMΛ
I created SOULPΛRΛMΛ as a living space for transformation. A movement that empowers individuals to rise into wholeness through self-awareness, intentional living, and inner alignment.
As a Motivational Speaker, Modern Confidence Podcast Host, Recreational Therapist, Meditation Practitioner, and Fitness Enthusiast, I bring together diverse disciplines that reflect one truth: growth begins within.
My work is dedicated to guiding others toward holistic well-being nurturing the mind, body, and spirit in harmony, one conversation, one breath, and one movement at a time.
My Journey
From a young age, I was captivated by the invisible connection between the mind, the body, and the spirit. That curiosity became my compass.
Through my training as a Recreational Therapist, I witnessed the healing power of joy, creativity, and purpose. As a Meditation Practitioner, I learned that stillness is not emptiness, it’s a return to center.
And through fitness, I discovered movement as a sacred act of self-expression, a daily ritual that grounds strength in gratitude. Each path revealed the same truth: when we align our energy, we awaken our power. Out of this realization, SOULPΛRΛMΛ was born. A collective vision for conscious evolution. A community devoted to helping others rediscover balance, confidence, and purpose in a fast-paced world.
My Promise to You
